Yoga is very effective to keep us healthy and away from illness. Its all eight limbs are very useful. Ashanas or body pose are gives us strength. Mostly Prayanayamas are based on our breathing. when we taking breathing we get full of energy and when we breathe out we feel relexed. Pranayam keep our body free from toxins and make it pious.Meditation make us stress free and energetic. So the yoga keeps us away from different type of disease.
